Carl has lived in Arapahoe County for 35 years. He is a retired operations executive, a former small business owner, and chairman of the Smoky Hill Metro District Board of Directors, a local board that oversees parks, recreation, and infrastructure funding in the area. He has balanced budgets in business, at home, and in public service.
He has served as an HOA vice president, started a volunteer group to improve community involvement, and serves as a Republican precinct leader. Carl is running so District 2 voters have a choice on the ballot and a commissioner who will manage county tax dollars carefully.
