As Arapahoe County Commissioner, District 2, Carl will focus on county budgets, public safety, and policies that support local families and employers. These are the priorities he will bring to the Board of County Commissioners.

• Budgets and accountability

  Carl has managed budgets at home, in small business, and in local government, including as chairman of the Smoky Hill Metro District. He will watch county spending closely and ask hard questions before approving new costs.

• Pro-business

  Local businesses and jobs matter. Carl will support county policies that keep fees fair, approvals predictable, and employers able to hire and grow in Arapahoe County.

• Law enforcement

  Carl supports the sheriff's office and county public safety teams, and the men and women who protect our neighborhoods every day.

• Second Amendment

  Carl supports the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Coloradans.
